FAQ #39: I paid but never submitted the article

Question: I wanted to have an article submitted, and I paid through Paypal, but never had the article submitted--I may have made a mistake and am not very tech savvy, but I would like to know what I can do to get it submitted without paying again. I would be happy to forward you the Paypal receipt. Please advise, thank you.
