FAQ #34: Pen Names
Question: I only write articles through pen names. Is this acceptable for your service? I know some of your competitors will not let me use a pen name with my articles. I just need to know if you are the same way.
Answer: We do work with several clients who use pen names. Shoot, I have a few pen names of my own in the system.
We do not have a problem working with pen names. The only thing about it is that we must have a contact email address for you in the system. Even your pen names need a contact email address --- even if we set up an alias on our system to redirect to your real email address.
