TESTIMONIAL:
I have been following the distribution of the “Maxmillian’s Gold” articles and I am very pleased with the acceptance by the webmaster community. I am happy with the results and there is a sense of satisfaction that my action to use your service has generated something so positive. There are many ways to spend your money to get net presences, but none that has the capacity to do something positive at the same time. At the end of the day, if the material is not useful, then it probably won’t get published. Just getting a link at another website does not accomplish what this set of articles has done. Other marketing methods don’t give the sense of satisfaction that this method achieves.
Q&A 12: Are there any Additional Sources I can use for Exposure?
Q. Hi Bill,
I'm Steve Robichaud's partner, Andrew Wroblewski.
I just wanted to tell you how pleased and happy we are with your article distribution service. We are already seeing positive results from the articles we submitted two weeks ago.
I was wondering if in ADDITION to your great automated service if there was anything else I could do manually (other article website archives etc..) that could compliment your efforts to get even more coverage and exposure.
I do NOT want to even try to duplicate your efforts, just compliment them and continue with using your fine service.
I am very pleased to hear that you are happy
with the results you are receiving.
In May of 2006, I completely rewrote my distribution
software.
With that rewrite, many great things were achieved. Most
of those new features will not be publicly discussed until
which time I have converted all previously distributed articles
into the new format.
Prior to May of 2006, I had hard-coded all articles into my website.
Now, I am databasing all new articles. Once I finish migrating the
first 2700 hard-coded articles to the database, then I will begin
to discuss the new features openly.
My decision on this is a matter of consistency. I do not want to
point to these new features until which time all articles in my
directory can meet the new expectations.
I have hired an assistant to help me migrate all of the previous
2700 articles from hard-coding to the database format. With help,
I can complete the task much sooner.
With the conversion to the new software, I have expanded my ability
to reach websites significantly.
I now reach:
Several Article Banks
Multiple Article/Content Management Platforms
Password Protected Websites
At this early stage, I have added more than 100 websites to my
distribution reach. That does not mean however that any article
distributed by my service is guaranteed to reach all 100 of those
websites. Many of these new websites only take very tightly
targeted content. If your content matches the websites I can
reach, then you can count on me making your articles available
to those webmasters for their consideration.
I do not try to force-feed any content to any website. Each
webmaster still retains full editorial control over what may
or may not appear on their website. I place content in their
website, but that content will not be made public until which
time the site's owner approves the post.
I am adding new websites to my distribution rotation every
week. Just this week, I was able to add three well-respected
websites to my reach, and more are being added every week.
Many people ask if I plan on reaching specific websites in the future.
In some cases, the answer is Yes. And in other cases, the answer is
No.
All websites are not created equal. Some are worth the effort of
submitting to them, and some are not worth the time at all. If the
site is worth submitting articles, then chances are they are already
in my schedule for future addition to my software.
I receive almost daily requests from webmasters to add their article
website to my systems. Some will be happy when I add them to my
database, and others may be disappointed.
One of the things to also consider is this:
Some people look to websites like http://www.certificate.net/wwio/index.shtml as websites of good
standing which are worth submitting an article. The WWIO has not posted any articles
at all in the last couple of years. So, I don't waste my time trying to send them
articles.
Now that I have an assistant, new websites and ezine owners
will be added to my system much more frequently.
The following list of websites are places where you can submit
your articles now, where I am not sending articles myself...
Some of these sites are on the schedule to be added to my list
in the future, but they are not yet in my systems.
