    Work Your Life

Your life is a fabulous gift to you! Are you pleased with it?
Are you living up to your full potential? Would you like to do
any better? First I'd like to share a mellow movie with you.
It's called "Work Your Life" by Scott Stratten, a motivational
    speaker registered online.
    http://www.scottstratten.com/movie.html

    Full Potential

Your full potential includes several areas of focus.

     * How you perceive God, whether He is For you or Against you;
       non-caring or non-existent.

     * Personal attitude toward yourself...the more loving and
       accepting of yourself, the better.

     * How you treat your body, giving yourself the potential for
       strength and health and longevity.

     * Treatment of others, family first, friends second,...treating
them as important people in your life.

     * How you spend your time, all work?, all play?, locked in to
a schedule against your will?, caught up in a rat race?
       perfectly satisfied?

     * How you manage your financial assets, having enough for
yourself with plenty to spare for others, or living from
       paycheck to paycheck.

     * How you consider your future, full of hope or dread. This
area embraces later today and tomorrow as well as your old
age and then your death and...

    How to Love

You may think me rash to broach such a subject, me being just me.
But the things I'd like to mention are things we all know. I'll
simply bring them to the forefront of our minds. Loving is good
for us. We need to give to all who cross our paths. I will
be so bold as to say we need to give to those we pass on the
sidewalk or in the grocery store. They need a little lift, a
smile, an acknowledgement that they exist...we all know this to
    be true.

To love our favorite people can sometimes get complicated,
especially after knowing them a good long time. If we let down
all our expectations of another person being perfect, we set them
free to blossom toward perfection. This is loving them, setting
them free. Living in an environment of freedom and
lovingkindness is like living with bare feet and exposed skin in
the warmth of a lush tropical paradise. Imagine relaxing under
the sun, enjoying ocean birds and breezes, your skin caressed by
the warmth, and your mind free to think slow thoughts...people
serving you and letting you have your own way.

Imagine giving that kind of gift to another person, giving them
freedom and warmth. This is love.

Now think about giving this kind of love to YOURSELF. Yes, you
will thrive and live more fully toward your potential if you can
let yourself go. Give yourself the freedom to make mistakes and
still accept yourself as valuable. Support yourself with full-
fledged hope and expectation for your success today and your
completion far down the road. Don't be too negative when you
think of what you'd like to do...give yourself a little leeway to
experiment, to enjoy, to risk. Remember, if you can, what it was
like as a child to be washed with a sloppy, wet, soapy rag. Let
yourself be gently washed and cared for. You care for yourself,
friend. Pamper your wonderful self. Love your special self.
There's no one in the world like you; you've never met another
    person exactly like you!

And don't forget to love your Maker. Be like a simple child
toward Him; let Him be like a caring parent toward you. Let Him
gently wash you and gently guide your life, helping you think.
Remember when you, as a child, rebelled against your physical
parents, that they were obligated to correct you and help you
find the good path. Then remember that your Maker is much more
obligated to you than your physical parents ever were. I've
heard that He loves you even more than your parents loved you.

    As for loving yourself,...

Part of loving yourself involves caring for your body, eating for
strength (maybe even more than pleasure), keeping tabs on your
progress, correcting your health habits as you perceive glitches
in your body. Every glitch can be repaired, so I hear. I know
from my own experience that MY glitches are repairable! Thank
Goodness that my liver spots are fading away, as well as those
obnoxious little bumps on my upper arms and chest and neck. The
backs of my hands look more youthful, as does my face and neck.

These repairs come after the major repairs to my colon and liver.
I've spent a few years rebuilding my health and strength, as you
may know. I've used Young Living Essential Oils faithfully for
emotional and physical health; YL supplements for inner cleansing
to great effect; Lifewave Energy Enhancement Patches to be able
to work even more strongly and efficiently beside my husband in
the woods; and I've made adjustments to the standard American
diet to ensure nutritious support to my well-loved body.

The results are pleasing. I'm encouraging you with this free
online newsletter to do the same for yourself and your body.
I hope you've enjoyed this issue of ENJOYING HEALTH NEWSLETTER.
If so, will you please forward it to others within your circle
of contacts? Be sure to send it to people who have depression
problems, specific illnesses, or physical lack of energy. My
various websites are loaded with information for them. Thanks
for giving me more online coverage.

    Article Marketing Tips:
    • Stand out from the crowds. Educate your prospects and they will turn to you for more knowledge. When they turn to you for more, they will visit your website. It is up to your website copy to sell your products, NOT your article. Provide great information and at your website, address how the prospect will benefit from what you are offering. Using these things in conjuction will help your cash register to ring.
