Quentin Tarantino Is M.I.A. (Missing In Action)

Despite flashes of inspiration, Crash falls short of perfection
because it lingers too long on the racial elements of the script.
Some of its thematic plot twists and turns become redundant and
predictable. During its opening scene, Crash promises to achieve
the originality of a Pulp Fiction but as the film develops, it
falls into a series of predictable situations and dialogue that
only makes the film lag behind.

At its release it was immediately tagged as the next Quentin
Tarantino style of filmmaking and most of the Tarantino fans who
went to see were mostly disappointed to miss the great one-liners
common to the Reservoir Dogs director.

Machiavelli Hangman is said to be another one of those
broken-narrative films that will broke conventions just like
Memento did a few years ago. However, this promises have for
long fallen short of realizing anything of true depth and it
would be a real surprise to get a film that resonates with
    QT fans.

While Machiavelli Hangman and Crash have an impressive cast, they
also seem to take no chances as QT did with his films. He is
known for having restarted John Travolta’s dead career by letting
him play the memorable Vincent Vega opposite Samuel L. Jackson’s
    Jewelel.

There was a lot of heat between co-writer Avery who said that he
had done most of the writer but Tarantino took the credit for it.
This may sound rather unfair considering that Avery also got an
oscar for the Pulp Fiction screenplay and due to its success got
the opportunity to direct Killing Zoe.

It did not achieve the world-wide success of Pulp Fiction and
perhaps that was the reason for his resentment. He was often
heard saying that you can’t hang out with [Quentin] because he’s
like a human vacuum. He steals everything that you say and he
uses it in a movie, so he wouldn’t be able to say anything to him
    anymore.

Quentin Tarantino made the disappointingly Kill Bill volume one
and two and is said to be gearing up for his much anticipated
Inglorious Bastards. Friends and family speak about him as a
private person with some sadist tendencies. This may come as no
surprise to his fans who often discuss and analyze the meaning of
his films and how abundant the use of blood is in all of his
    motion pictures.

No matter what the truth may be, it is certain that Quentin
Tarantino is one of the best artists of the century and his work
has influenced and will continue to influence movie lovers
    everywhere!
