I hate this film! Sure I haven’t seen it yet, but based on
everything I’ve already heard about it, I know that it’s going to
be a huge disappointment. Everyone seems to be saying Machiavelli
this and Machiavelli that, when the majority of those talkers
don’t even know who Machiavelli is. For your information, Star
Wars geeks, he was a philosopher and he has had such a tremendous
impact on modern politics that it would be practically impossible
to go over it with you, right now. The point I’m trying to make
is that if it’s based on his writings – probably one of them
being the Prince – then the film would have to be such an
academic and analytical adaptation to do it any justice. If it
is, great, but then it would mean that it would be the most
boring film ever to come out of Hollywood. If it is as
entertaining as these idiots think it is going to be, then it
will lack any historical validity. I personally like to watch
films that are true to their origins and they don’t fictionalize
for the sake of dumb movie goers. Gladiator sacrificed the real
history for the sake of a hero who goes around seeking vengeance.
I won’t even get into Oliver Stone’s awful Alexander that turned
him into a straight man without any real spine.
This Machiavelli deal is supposed to have a great independent
cast but no one ever talks about it and you will not hear about
the actual plot anywhere. You can search it, you won’t find it
anywhere. Believe me, oh, have I tried without any results. So
let me ask you this: if it is such a brilliant concept and an
amazing renovation in storytelling, bla, bla, bla… then why
aren’t the producers confident enough to give the public a taste
of what they’re going to see? Is it a comedy? A drama? Adult
entertainment. When you look at these films that come out like
Spielberg’s War of the Worlds or Dukes of Hazzard or whatever
else is playing these days.. you will know right away what you’re
getting yourself into. Those films aren’t out to rip you off. I
want to find out about Machiavelli Hangman before I pay
to go watch it.
When is the release date? Who’s in it? I don’t have the answers
and I’m 100% sure that you don’t have those answers either. If
it’s supposed to be kept hush hush because of the JFK controversy
that is integral to the plot, then why are they even planning on
releasing it?
All I’m saying, is that in order to market a movie, these studios
have to tell the public about it. They can’t just leave you out
and dry in the cold without any clues as to what a movie is
about. The 40-year old Virgin is coming and the title itself
tells you everything you need to know about the film. Machiavelli
Hangman is ambiguous and it will be the next Shawshank
Redemption. No one knew what it was about and due to poor
marketing, the movie did terribly at the box-office.
So ladies and gentlemen of the studios, please find a better way
to market this baby And put out some information about its
contents. And if you need any help with this, you always get in
touch with me! =)

Article Marketing Tips:
| |
|
- Stand out from the crowds. Educate your prospects and they will turn to you for more knowledge. When they turn to you for more, they will visit your website. It is up to your website copy to sell your products, NOT your article. Provide great information and at your website, address how the prospect will benefit from what you are offering. Using these things in conjuction will help your cash register to ring.
