Is Your Sponsor Working With You Regularly?

When you joined your home business opportunity, it is likely that
you were promised free training. If you rarely hear from your
sponsor, you are in for a big surprise. Some network marketing
sponsors regularly communicate with their downline and are
genuinely concerned with their team's success. If you are not
satisfied with the level of help you are receiving from your
upline, there is something you can do about it.
Network marketing business opportunities are all about people.
Sponsors with good people skills retain more of their team
members. Sponsors with weak people skills experience a higher
turnover rate, which requires more effort to build their downline
than working with existing team members does.
You are indeed fortunate if you have joined a home business
opportunity under someone with strong people skills. That person
will have more success in the business and will be able to help
you to find the success you are looking for. Willie Crawford and
myself are two such people.
Coming from a direct sales background, I have been dissatisfied
with network marketing programs in general for a number of years.
Why did I join my first opportunity in almost 10 years? Because
the program has a genuinely useful service that almost anyone can
benefit from. A large part of my decision was based on being able
to work with and develop a relationship with a true internet
marketing guru, Willie Crawford.
I had some contact with Willie prior to my involvement with the
opportunity we are both reps for, regarding my online marketing
efforts. He was always very helpful and gracious. It was obvious
that Willie was very good with people and would be a good guy to
get to know better.
If you are tired of being neglected by your sponsor and are
serious about working a home business opportunity successfully,
you have to find a sponsor with good people skills that is really
interested in you. Willie and I enjoy working with motivated
people and know that it is in our best interest to do so. It's
a win-win situation for all involved.
If your people skills are not very good, you can improve them by
associating with coaches and sponsors that have the skills and
are happy to work with a motivated team member. Your sponsor's
job is not to make sales for you, but to teach you how to make
sales and how to bring on new reps for your team.
Not satisfied with the training that your current network
marketing program offers? You have an alternative. The path you
take with a home business is totally dependent on the choices you
make.
Choose wisely and you can get the help you want. There are
sponsors out there that will work with you. It is your job to
find them.

Article Marketing Tips:
| |
|
- Stand out from the crowds. Educate your prospects and they will turn to you for more knowledge. When they turn to you for more, they will visit your website. It is up to your website copy to sell your products, NOT your article. Provide great information and at your website, address how the prospect will benefit from what you are offering. Using these things in conjuction will help your cash register to ring.
