The Largest Production in Audio-Book History

With Rod Taylor narrating and being performed by Russ Tamblyn,
Robert Culp, James Darren, Kevin McCarthy, and Academy Award
winner George Chakiris, the Audio-Book "Hard Rock Lovers" sets
claim to the the title, "The largest production in Audio-Book
    History".

With it's film quality sound effects and music, and a supporting
cast of 22 actors, the production is indeed packed with
    entertainment and production value.

Writer/Director Paul Kyriazi brought years of feature film work
into play, as well as casting his boyhood heroes. "Maybe we
created a new art form", he said. "By having older actors playing
young parts. When you hear Russ Tamblyn speak, in his ever
youthful voice, you mentally picture him how he looked in "West
Side Story" or "The Haunting" as those images are so powerful.
The same for the rest of the cast. You hear Robert Culp perform
and you immediately imagine him as he was in "I SPY" or in "Bob
and Ted and Carol and Alice".

The story has Russ Tamblyn in the role of Alan, as he becomes
involved with a rock singer and pursues the long thought dead
rock star, Shane with the aid of a Puerto Rican born gangster
played by George Chakiris. This is the first teaming of Tamblyn
and Chakiris since the two fought each other under the freeway in
    "West Side Story".

Another distinction of the production is all the veteran SciFi
actors. Three of them (Taylor, McCarthy, and H.M. Wynant) have
appeared in "The Twilight Zone". Robert Culp appeared in three
"Outer Limits" episodes. James Darren starred in TV's "The Time
Tunnel". Russ Tamblyn starred in "War of the Gargantuas". And of
course Rod Taylor starred in the classic "The Time Machine".

The 3.6 hour drama is now available at Amazon.com.
