Why it is more important to be healthy than it is to be thin?

With the images of thin girls on the cover of all the magazines,
the real question is whether being thin is healthy? Should we all
    aspire to be thin?

The real fact is that the way our body appears is, to some
extent, determined by our genetic structure. So some people are
blessed by nature and other struggle with their weight.

In addition, nature provides women with more fat than men for a
reason. Fat is essential for reproduction, and therefore, fat
stores are maintained on the female body in case of pregnancy.
Good health requires an acceptance of the facts of both nature
    and genetics.

In the face of all those incredibly thin women on magazine
covers, it can be difficult to accept our own limitations and
feel tempted to be very thin. According to Hollywood, a beautiful
woman is one whose waist can be encircled by a person's arm. It
is in trying to keep up with such misleading images of beauty
that most of us ignore our health.

We think only about resembling our Hollywood idols, and we end up
    weak and malnourished.

Dr. Boobier, a lecturer at the University of Glamorgan who tours
Wales talking to schools about health and food, has remarked,
"Young girls, in particular, are looking at these images of
stick-thin people in magazines, and they are saying that their
bellies are a bit bigger than those in the magazines."

This type of comparison can lead to anorexia and an intense

fear of gaining weight, even when underweight. It drives those
stricken with this disorder into a panic. Victims are oblivious
to the actual state of their bodies. It is an incredibly
    dangerous situation.

To avoid this situation, we should focus on our health and not
accept magazines at face value. All of us wish for clear eyes,
good skin, and a general feeling of well being. But this can only
be achieved through good nutrition and by avoiding harmful yet
    alluring food products.

Exercise and strength training make up the second component of
    good health.

A final word of caution is that if you're not hungry, don't eat.
That will help you keep from loading up on food just because it
    is available.

If you want your body to last a lifetime, you must protect it.
The advantages of providing that protection are innumerable.

Care becomes especially necessary in middle age. It is at this
time that your body begins to require a bit more maintenance and
when it helps if your joints must support less weight. Along with
exercise and a nutritious diet, there are some products that can
help you lower the weight on your joints in middle age.

Zalestra™ and Zyroxin™ are two products reported that can help
you fight your weight concerns in your middle age years. You can
investigate Zalestra™ and Zyroxin™ further online at Amazon and
    at http://www.BODeStore.com.com.

It is up to your website copy to sell your products, NOT your article. Provide great information and at your website, address how the prospect will benefit from what you are offering. Using these things in conjuction will help your cash register to ring.
