FAQ #9: What Our Distribution Fee Covers

 

Question:   I am just getting a handle on the nuances of the Article Marketing industry. I have looked at a number of your competitors and noted their prices. I have also looked at your service and noted your prices. Can you explain to me exactly what your Article Distribution Fee covers?

Answer:   Yes. Our distribution fee covers four basic elements: our TIME, our OVERHEAD COSTS, ADVERTISING (the costs of writing and distributing our own articles), and a small amount for PROFIT.

I would not be surprised that in your business, you have to cover the same basic expenses: product procurement, labor costs, basic utilities, fixed overhead costs, advertising, and a small amount for profit.

Our largest single expenditure is LABOR.

I know that most other Article Distribution Companies have lower prices than we do. I also know that most other Article Distribution Companies make YOU put your article into their forms. They have YOU do all of the labor of article setup, so that they can eliminate the cost of labor connected to Article Setup and pass those savings to you.

We are not a Do-It-Yourself Article Distribution Company. Instead, we are a Full-Service Article Distribution Company.

We have been providing Article Marketing Services to paid clients since March of 2000 --- and since September of 2001 as The Phantom Writers.

Since the beginning, we have known that we could eliminate the labor expense from our end, and force you to put together your articles for distribution. But, we made a conscious decision not to do that.

Why? Because we offer a different kind of Article Distribution Service.

Since we use our own distribution service to distribute our own articles to publishers, we wanted to keep our good standing with our publishers. By putting quality ahead of quantity, we have managed to maintain the perception of providing publishers higher-quality articles, which has served to keep publishers interested in what we are offering to them.

Our clients have benefited from this decision in two ways:
  1. We still have the attention of some of the largest, most respectable publishers on the Internet.

  2. We are able to bring nearly a decade of Article Marketing experience to every article that we distribute for our clients. We do the full setup of the article, and we hand-select which individual publishers and groups of publishers we will send the articles.
